Raised in Colorado, Aaron and his family fell in love with the Palouse, which they now call home. Aaron practices in both Washington and Idaho. Aaron's practice centers on Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, Estate Planning (wills and trusts), and Business Formation. He is the current Secretary/Treasurer of the Idaho State Bar Taxation, Probate & Trust Law Section. Aaron is an appellate judge for the Coeur d'Alene Tribe and is the supervising attorney of the Tribal Estate Planning Internship Program for the Kootenai, Coeur d'Alene, and Nez Perce Tribes in conjunction with the University of Idaho. He has taught estate planning courses as an adjunct professor at the University of Idaho College of Law and is the co-author of the widely utilized 2016 article Medicaid Planning in Idaho.
